The future is bright for the housing market in Boise, Idaho. Trends show that well priced homes in good condition are selling or at least drawing multiple offers as stated by some real estate professionals. This is good news for this growing city of nearly 500,000 people. Builders have noted that they are working on inventory now and are able to offer great prices for those looking to move into a new home. Now is the time to buy for anyone looking to move into a new home at an attractive price. Once a majority of the inventory that most of these builders have is consumed up, it should put the home prices back up to normal prices.

So what is a strong market to be in right now? It has been seen time and time again that homes that are priced under $250,000 in both the Boise and Meridian markets are selling quite effectively.
