When an interested buyer call our Real Estate CPR "Call In" number and they enter the MLS of the property, they will have the ability to listen to your recorded presentation of the property. When they call in and listen to the recording, their cell phone number and their location are instantly sent via a text message to your cell phone. At the end of the presentation, the interested buyer can either be connected directly to your cell phone, or you can follow up with a "courtesy call on behalf of the seller" to schedule a tour of the house.

How Do I Make A Recording?

"Real Estate CPR Call In" use state of the art technology that will enable you to record your presentation right from your own telephone (or cell phone). All you have to do is call our toll free number, enter your user pin, the MLS number. Once you have entered this data, the prompt will ask you to begin recording your message. Simple read back into the phone whatever you would like to present for your property. It’s that easy. You can have your recording live in a matter of minutes. Plus, anytime you need to change the recording, just simple call back in to our system, follow the prompts and re-record your message.

What About Text To Speech?

We absolutely offer "text to speech".  This service allows you to type out exactly what you want to say in your telephone recording. Our artificial voice modeler will then interpret and read your presentation back to your customers once they have called in. This is a really effective way to make a beautifully sounding recording and not having to worry about making mistakes in the recording process.
